Hello World!

My name is Tara Braxton; I love writing, pop music, my kids’ squishy faces when they first wake up, falling asleep to true crime tv, pineapple on pizza, living down the road from my best friend (better medicine than any doctor can subscribe), driving around on my golf cart in the spring, not being a golfer, and soft pants. I have climbed the ladder in the corporate world and achieved my goals just in time for my goals to shift. I have twin sons in 5th grade who teach me every day that everything I thought I knew was wrong; for the good and the bad. I want to raise awareness around parenting a neurodivergent child by sharing our experiences and our new normal (the secret is normal is boring!) Lifes an adventure and not at all like they said it would be! Why didn’t they tell us!? Well, I’m going to try to tell you in this blog. Welcome!
